Birth doulas
Birth
Doulas serve the birthing family during the prenatal period and
throughout the labor and birth of their baby. We offer emotional
support, informational guidance, and suggestions for physical
comfort while attending the birthing mother in support of her
personal birth goals. Whether you are planning a natural
birth, birth with an epidural, or are scheduling a cesarean, we
are here to support and encourage you!

Postpartum doulas
Postpartum
Doulas serve the new family in their homes as they welcome their
newborn baby or babies. We provide practical
support such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and running
household errands. We assist the new family with breast
or bottle feeding support, opportunities for parents to rest, and
offer guidance on baby care, sibling care, first outings with the
new baby and much more.

Education
The
With Women education team offers individualized independent classes
to families in the areas of childbirth preparation,
breastfeeding classes, VBAC classes, sibling preparation and more.
Private and group classes are available.

Counseling Services
Prenatal
and postpartum counseling is the perfect way to nurture the expectant
mother and family. When you are awaiting the arrival of your baby you may be filled with diverse feelings ranging from joyful anticipation to fearful concerns. Prenatal and postpartum counseling assists you in identifying your strengths and resolving concerns regarding the birth of your baby and your new life. Postpartum counseling helps families as they transition from pregnancy to motherhood; addressing the concerns they may have in the emotional adjustment to parenting. These can include feelings of depression or anxiety.

Hospital Birth Doula Program
Are you giving birth at Lutheran Medical Center? Are you interested in having one-on-one professional care during your birth? Would you like additional physical, emotional and informational support for yourself and your family during labor? The With Women Hospital Birth Doula Program offers gentle, non-judgmental support to all birthing families. If you are planning a natural birth, birth with an epidural, or are birthing by scheduled cesarean section, our doulas are here to support you.

Women team is dedicated to meeting your every need during pregnancy,

They are also screened through a recent Colorado Bureau
of Investigation background check, and are certified in infant/child
CPR.
