There is no other time in your life like the pregnancy and birth of your child. Whether this is your first or fifth child, your pregnancy year is a profound time that invites you to grow and stretch right along with that little one growing inside you. I am honored to be with you during this time, offering support and education.
As your trained Labor and Delivery Doula (CAPPA), I draw on my background as a certified teacher and Master of Social Work to actively listen to your visions, your fears, and your questions. With openness, I support you in creating your birth vision and stepping into your birth experience by answering questions, offering information, and supporting you as you navigate the wealth of choices available to you during your pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Always present in our work is my deep belief in your ability to access your inner strength and grace during this amazing time.
This is a time like no other and I am delighted to travel part of your pregnancy path with you. I am actively working on fluency in Spanish and certification as a Medical Herbalist and look forward to bringing those tools to our work together.
